Student Athlete Advisory Council

"Be A Presence"

This A.A.C. is formed as an information and discussion council made up of student-athlete representatives from each sport at B.F.A.Our goal is to give our student athletes an opportunity to voice their opinions and develop leadership skills to impact in a positive nature on their individual teams, school campus and community.

History

The initial Student-Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC) began in February 2001. The first Council was comprised of student-athletes representing 21 Varsity teams at BFA. The core group of the SAAC was composed of two representatives from each varsity athletic team at BFA who were nominated by their coaches. Currently new members are nominated by their coaches, current Athletic Council members, and the BFA staff.
