THE SCIENCE OF MAPLE SUGARING

Coming Spring 2012!  We are excited to announce that Leader Evaporator has already donated some resources for the course, and we are in the process of setting up the curriculum for the class.  If you would like to help out we are actively seeking sugaring materials from the past and present to use in the course.  This includes spouts, buckets, instrumentation, small pans, test kits, and many other supplies used in the sugaring process.   Please call Chris Hungerford at 527-6440 if you'd like to help with the class.
